Keep in mind that life is about relationships. Relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children, friends and colleagues, business associates, and nations. All are relationships.
And at the heart of a relationship we find one immutable and universal truth: two virtuous people will always have a better relationship than two who lack virtue. Consider it practically. Two patient people will always have a better relationship than two impatient people. Kind and generous people will always have a better relationship than selfish people.
