Enthusiasm is the fountain of youth. Surround yourself with people, experiences, videos, and books, that fill you with enthusiasm. Avoid people, experiences, videos, and books, that steal your enthusiasm.
If your enthusiasm was a valuable material possession, you wouldn’t let someone walk into your house and steal it. So why let someone on television steal your enthusiasm? Why willingly agree to go to an event that is going to steal your enthusiasm for life?
Wake up each and do something that stokes the flames of enthusiasm with you. Then guard the flame of enthusiasm throughout the day. Enthusiasm is the secret to staying young.
